RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with French legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by all accessories.
Return costs: Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, we invite you to send us an e-mail to lesproduitsdemathilde@gmail.com indicating your order number and the list of items you wish to return. To make the process easier, please also include this information in your package.

Refund: Upon receipt of the returned items, we undertake to refund the total amount of your purchase, within a reasonable time if the items are not damaged.
